Farhus is committed to maintaining the highest level of data privacy when offering its quality products and services to its subscribers and customers (“Subscribers”) (collectively, “You” or “Users”).

Sometimes, we may require additional information such as your first and last name, identity verification, and contact details.   • Identity Verification: To comply with ICANN rules before registering a new domain name, Farhus may require identity verification information such as images of your passport, national ID card, valid driver’s license, or other documents as required by applicable laws.
  • Payment Information: To use features of the Farhus Platform, we may require financial information to process payments. We use third-party payment processor services and do not collect or store credit card information. We only receive information about the payment status and store the last four credit card digits.
  • Communications, Chats, Messaging: When you communicate with Farhus through the general inquiries window, we collect information about your communication and any information you disclose. To respond to your request, we may access information from your Farhus Account, purchase history, etc.
  • Job Applicants’ Information: We collect information from applicants for open career positions published on https://farhus.eu/career or by email. Please refer to Section 5 below for more details.
  • Visitors and Users-of-Users: We may collect information from visitors and users of our User’s websites or services solely on behalf of our Users.

Log data and device information are automatically gathered when accessing and using the Farhus Platform, even if you have not established a Farhus Account or logged in. This information encompasses, among other things, internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and/or clickstream data.
  • We are tracking Technologies and Cookies. We utilize cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, and other similar technologies such as CI codes (click tracking), ISC (source tracking), and ITC (item tracking codes).
